I am an Bruneian English Teacher in a govt school and as any teacher would tell you, it can be a very stressful job. I bake as a way to relax and gradually it became an obsession much to the dismay of my very patient husband. I have five lovely cats and a wonderful family. People often accuse me for being too happy, I can’t help it. When you are baking and lovely smells fill the room, your cake rises and slowly turns a beautiful golden brown. Piping hot on the cooling rack and soon into the hands of the people you love, you would be happy too!!
